Every cap here starts life as a blank — plain cotton, canvas or combat-style shell — before it ever sees a design. Artwork gets cut and weeded from vinyl, positioned by eye, and pressed on with heat and pressure by hand, one cap at a time. There's no automated line running through the workshop; if an order comes in, someone here is stood at the press, lining it up properly.

Design is cut from heavyweight vinyl and the excess is weeded away by hand.
Artwork is positioned on the cap and lined up by eye for a straight, centred press.
