How to Place a Personalised Order

Ordering a personalised item from Retrosheep is straightforward. When you purchase a personalised product, a box will appear for you to enter your requirements — the text, name, image, or details you'd like included.

Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to confirm the details and share a design preview for your approval before we start making anything. We won't begin production until you're happy with the design.

Your finished item will be carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr for UK orders, or tracked airmail for international deliveries.

PayPal payments clear instantly, so we can confirm and start your order straight away. Card payments via Stripe take up to 5 days to clear — please don't select next-day delivery if paying by card. Items are dispatched once payment has cleared.
