Returns Policy — Retrosheep
We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Because all of our personalised and made-to-order items are handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun — except in the following circumstances:
Your item arrives damaged or faulty
You receive the wrong item
If either of these applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us first via our contact page Please don't send items back without getting in touch with us first.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
Clothing & Sealed Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts) or socks that have been removed from their sealed packaging. Please inspect items carefully before opening. If you have any concerns, contact us before unsealing.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We'll need:
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging
Your order number
Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved, as we may need it to raise a claim with Royal Mail.
Refunds
Once a return is agreed and the item has been received back by us, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We'll confirm by email once the refund has been issued.
