Why Every Piece Only Exists Once
One-of-a-kind handmade costume jewellery, made a piece at a time in Blackwood, South Wales — engraved, beaded, and finished entirely by hand, so once it's gone, it's gone for good.
Truth is, I never set out to become "the jewellery person." It started as a side effect of buying a laser engraver for a completely different job. Once I had it running, I couldn't resist testing it on a scrap of natural wood, a spare bead, a length of leather cord — and out came something nobody else on earth had. One pendant led to a second. Someone asked where theirs came from. That was that.
Years on, I'm still sat here most evenings with the engraver humming away, working through designs, charms and colour combinations that exist nowhere else — because every single piece is finished one at a time, by hand, in my studio here in South Wales.
This isn't a big operation. It's one person — an artist now, a mechanical engineer by trade before that — who's always just loved making things. That love spreads a lot further than jewellery, too: the same studio, the same pair of hands, moves between hand-knitted socks and actual metal welding, lasers and 3D printers alongside traditional beading and engraving. A proper mixed bag. But every last bit of it is made by me, right here.

I filmed myself building a custom Tataria pendant necklace from scratch — including the part most people never get to see: the pendant actually being engraved on the laser, line by line.

WHY I'M TELLING YOU THIS NOW
Because stock genuinely runs low fast. When a design's engraved and sold, that particular piece doesn't come back — there's no warehouse full of identical necklaces here, just me, the engraver, and whatever wood, bead, or charm I've got that week. A few favourites have already sold out, and people have asked me to remake them — which I can't always do the exact same way twice.

I'm not one for pushing reviews down anyone's throat, but the feedback that means the most is when people come back and tell me how a piece landed as a gift. One customer's wife called the craftsmanship on her fertility necklace "very good" and said she'd order again — that's the whole point of doing it properly by hand, rather than rushing a batch through a machine.
