Once you get in touch, Cher will look over what you'd like engraved and confirm the material, size and design are workable before any engraving time is booked in. Pricing is charged per hour of engraving time, so simpler designs cost less and highly detailed pieces take longer — you'll always get a clear quote first, with no obligation to proceed. Every booking is treated as a one-off commission rather than a batch order, made by hand in the Blackwood workshop and checked against your design before it ships. Finished pieces go out UK-wide via Royal Mail tracked delivery, the same as every other Retrosheep order.
