The Triple Goddess represents the three phases of the moon and the three aspects of womanhood the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone embodying growth, fertility, wisdom and the cycles of nature. As a design it has a natural elegance: the waxing crescent, full circle and waning crescent in perfect symmetry, ancient in origin and immediately recognisable to anyone drawn to pagan, Wiccan, or Celtic spirituality.
Gold trim on a deep green backing gives this piece a rich, earthy look that honours the symbol well. At 4.5 x 3.5 inches it's a generous size substantial enough to carry the full detail of the design, and versatile enough to work on a jacket, bag, shirt, or displayed as a standalone piece.
The patch comes with an iron-on backing for easy application, and can also be sewn on. Press firmly with a hot iron for 3040 seconds without steam, allow to cool fully before handling, and finish with a few stitches around the edge for long-term durability.
